Hand drawn banners

I'll make anyone a hand-drawn banner. I prefer making them customized with a nickname but i also like to do customized cat banners.

Form:

Name(nickname/cat name):
Picture type: drawing, sketch
Colurs: prefered colours
Pictures: what you want included (ex. cats, fave animals)
Bio link: link to cats bio (if you wanted a cat)
Mood: mood of cat
Pose: what pose you would like for your cat

Picture type: Cat head, gazing off into nothing during a lightning storm.
Colours: Black and white (only a sketch, please)
Pictures: None. But he is solid gold with a pinkish scar across his eye, higher and thicker above his eye than the part below it. Scar does not run through his eye.
Bio link: None yet... hopefully soon, though. ^^
Mood: None, blank face. Straight mouth.
Pose: Just a head staring at the left side of the paper. He should be in side view.

I'll scan you up a sketch I did of him ASAP.
